We're looking for an organized, customer-involved product manager to lead initiatives that directly impact our products and our customers. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams’ to solve our most complex challenges with products and their go to market motions.

You should be able to seamlessly pivot between daily customer calls, detailed execution in operations and product, and strategic business development conversations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapidly scaling, innovation/invention oriented, high-ambiguity environments.

• Build customer-focused products by identifying pain points, delivering solutions, and managing projects and accounts.

• Create scalable systems and processes to improve customer support and value, working closely with engineering.

• Use data insights to refine customer models and drive performance improvements.

• 5+ years in product management (or similar) at top revenue / product companies, with experience handling ambiguity and complex projects.

• Strong analytical, research, and competitive analysis skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Interest in AI systems (AI/ML experience a plus) and strong project management skills, including cross-team collaboration.
